Purpose of the automation panel: it is designed to maintain the pressure (pressure difference) of liquids within the range of set values. The pressure is regulated by switching the pumping units on/off according to the algorithms stored in the PLC (programmable logic controller) memory. Depending on the system configuration, it is possible to regulate the fluid pressure both smoothly and stepwise (switching on/off specified pumps or groups of pumps).
Functions implemented by the automation panel as standard:

Maintaining the pressure of the fluids in the hydraulic system within a specified range of values;

Overheating protection functions for pump motors (control of winding consumption currents);

Control of the supply voltage (for three-phase consumers);

Protection of hydraulic systems against excessive fluid pressure (system sensor failure, program failure, etc.);

Change of the main pump (depending on the pumping station layout);

Switching on a backup pump in case of a main pump failure;

Prohibition of pumping station operation due to external events.
MAIN FEATURES:
Applications: control of circulating, boosting and drain pumps, sewage pumping stations (SPS).
Description: Motors with the nominal current of 0.1 ... 6 А or 6 ... 15.5 А are connected to multifunction control panel.
Single-phase (1 х 220 V) and three-phase (3 х 380 V) motors сап Ье connected to control panels.
Versions with pressure relays, float level sensors and 4...20 mA analogue signal are available upon request.
Protection of pumps against short-circuit,overheating and dry running;
possibility to connect РТС sensors;
enclosure class - ІР65.
Selection of pump operating mode: basic mode + auxiliary ог basic mode + standby mode. Extended dispatching control.
